BSc (Hons) Herbal Medicine, University of Westminster MNIMH,
Member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists
Clinical Trainer & Personal Tutor for the Heartwood Education Institute
Having witnessed the benefits of herbal medicine in our family when I was growing up in Romania, I chose to move to London to obtain a globally-recognised scientific degree in Herbal Medicine back in 2011. After four years of hard work and over 500 hours of clinical experience, I was awarded a First Class Honours degree from the University of Westminster as a representation of my hard work and dedication towards helping patients. I then joined The National Institute of Medical Herbalists, which is the UK’s leading professional body representing herbal practitioners.
I have recently relocated from Kent to Edinburgh, Scotland but will continue to support my patients worldwide.
My latest training focused on laboratory tests by Functional Medicine expert Antony Haynes BA Hons Dip ION mBANT RNT.
The six sessions covered:
- Functional laboratory tests for digestive health
- Hormone tests: Adrenal Stress Profile Test, Cortisol Awakening Response and The Dutch Test
- Organic acid testing as a reflection of multiple metabolic pathways
- Food sensitivity testing
- Focus on toxins (heavy metals, pesticides, etc. and moulds)
- Focus on neurotransmitters
Contact me for recommendations about the best test for your case. I work with reputed labs such as Genova Lab, Doctor’s data and BTS/ Biological Testing Services.
